Muffin Break

Over the past 12 months my opinion of this store has continued to decline. There doesn't seem to be any organisation at all with regards to the consistency of the menu.
I have visited the store eight times in the past month to purchase what I like and yet all I receive for my trouble is "Sorry the night staff didn't do the prep for that item. Once a fortnight I have to travel to Hoppers Crossing so I use the Werribee Plaza Muffin Break which is great.
I continually ask to speak with the manager/owner only to be told that he is not there, I am beginning to think that he has no interested in his customers. I remember the days when I could take my children to this store for lunch now however the majority of the menu is cakes and sweets with only a few lunch items on display.
A sad end to a store that was once a really nice place to eat
